"My wife and I just got back from six days, five nights at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks and Caicos, and I'm going to say something I don't say often: this trip lived up to the hype. We were there to celebrate two milestones at once... our 30th wedding anniversary and my wife's 50th birthday. The Ritz-Carlton didn't just get it right, they made us feel like family from the moment we walked in, not just another reservation on the books. Start with Raheam, the Club Level Manager. The man has a gift. He didn't just manage our stay — he ran point on every detail like we were the only guests on the property. Consistent, present, thoughtful, every single day. Wildly, the Club Level Concierge, was gracious, generous, and kind in a way that felt completely genuine ,not scripted, not performative. You know the difference when you feel it. Make sure you get his Rum Punch ! Esther brought a sweet spirit to every interaction. She has this way of making you feel like you've known her for years, not days. Edson, the Club Level Chef, took care of us at every meal like it was personal — and Claudinja and the rest of the Club team made sure nothing was ever missed, right down to the last detail. Down at the beach, Jovin was a consummate gentleman, sharp, attentive, and exactly the kind of presence that makes a resort feel like a retreat instead of a transaction. The Property isn’t oversized it’s intimate. The beach has impossible turquoise water, just amazing. We are already planning our return!"

"We were celebrating our milestone anniversary and was given a nice large room facing the ocean. Everyone who greeted us wishes us on our anniversary. The check-in was smooth. The concierge went over and above. The service staff at the restaurants and by beach area were excellent. The staff at the beach rentals was very accommodating. Overall we had a good time. The breakfast is good and had a wide spread. The food at Deck, Terrace and Seven were good. We didn’t enjoy the Farm as much. The beach and pool areas were well staffed and we always found a place to sit or someone to serve us. We did kayaking and sailing which was fun. Watched sunset from the balcony every day. The only feedback is they have no lively entertainment in the resort. Evening felt dead. Some of the restaurants have a live singer but it wasn’t lively. Rooms were clean, housekeeping checked in atleast twice every day."
