"I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"Rooms were clean and well stocked, staff at the check in were very warm and friendly. The restaurant overlooks the airport runway so you get a great view while eating. The service at the restaurant is quick and food was ready in less than 20 minutes for a table of 3. Overall great customer service."
