"Traveler be AWARE - there are windows with lovely views but there is NO GLASS in the windows inside the unit. We had a large sliding glass door overlooking our 3rd floor balcony. However, the other windows were covered with screens and metal shutters - no glass. This allows for a nice 'tropical feature' to hear the wind blowing through the beautiful palm trees and foliage, however, provides no barrier to outside noise like evening live music, rolling carts and early morning / late night conversations. View from 3rd floor screened in balcony was straight from a postcard. There is a robust AC system and comfortable conditions in the unit but no barriers to outside noise. We did our best to honor the request of turning the AC and ceiling fans OFF when not inside the unit. This truly was the only 'con'. The unit was updated with all modern cabinets and countertops. Wonderful appliances and furnishings. The king size bed was super comfortable and the linens/pillows cozy. The dresser and closet provide more than enough space and the stackable washer/dryer was appreciated. The bathroom however was much smaller than expected. (think room for 1) We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the flexibility in taking the shuttle to Ocean Club West. The staff and drivers were super friendly and helpful. The servers at the Cabana Beach Bar were a delight and the food was really good with fresh, generous portions. Beach towels and floaties were also available."

"Great staff, always attentive and ready to help. The beach area is nice but it’s a few minutes walk from property that is not directly on the water. The view from our third floor was mostly construction but our room was comfortable and clean. Finally, the restaurant served delicious pizzas and one of the best giant shrimp risotto we’ve had."

"Very quiet, peaceful hotel. Exactly what i was looking for. A place where i can rest and relax. The beach was stunning. The pool very clean and quiet. The restaurant serves delicious food. Only one restaurant. Lobby very small, just for checking in. No gym, or spa. No entertainment. But it was just perfect for us. I couldn’t have picked a better one. So if you’re looking for a place to party, this is not the hotel for you."

"Resort was beautiful and I would most definitely go back. I just didn’t like the food for the price but that’s okay because they’re good food places off property. My room was so beautiful I had a private pool over looking the ocean. The most wonderful site l’ve seen in a while. Everything else was great room clean and resort is up to date. I will recommend anyone to go here. You really would have to go experience for yourself because words wouldn’t explain how amazing my stay was."

"My birthday trip here was spectacular! The staff made sure my stay here was very comfortable, they treated me like family! Worth every dime that was spent ! This resort is cashless so make sure you have your card here ! The views, and the restaurants are top tier 10/10! Will definitely be coming back to this resort and villas !"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Ritz in Turks. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Transportation was very easy with safe and available taxis that the bellman would call up. The pool and beach were all well staffed with servers. And the sushi bar and restaurant were excellent."
