"Our stay was amazing from start to finish made by birthday trip so special . The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Francesca nothing was too much for her . Checking trains , booking the spa restaurant recommendations she is such a lovely lady . Apartment were so lovely spacious and clean we had an amazing view . Breakfast was delicious lots of variety and Anita in the breakfast room was so nice and pleasant always smiling and working so hard . Apartments close to everything perfect...

"Pros: -very clean -easy to check in and out, all done via messages/email and with electronic codes -you only see staff during breakfast, and they are super friendly and attentive -breakfast is great! Plenty of choices, delicious coffee, a very nice breakfast room shared with other guests, etc. -it was super to be able to control the temp in the room, as many times it is set too cold or too hot, great shower, bidet, towel warmer, very good WiFi. -secure parking -walking distance (maybe 15')...
