Good location, within 10 minutes walk in to the old town, safe and quiet with good food only around the corner, and a large supermarket - Conad, would recommend this hotel, but make sure all arrangements are made and understood at check in, as trying to find a member of staff during the day is impossible, and you need to call the emergency number for anything

The room was large and charming. The bed was so comfortable. No elevator. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice restaurants nearby. 15-20 minute walk to the city center and arena. On Expedia, it is claimed there is laundry facilities available. That is one of the reasons I choose this hotel. There is not! Also, we watch a very little television when on vacation, but no English channels and no Wimbledon tennis. Very disappointing. A lot of Russian and Middle Eastern channels.

L'Apparthotel San Zeno è una struttura davvero piacevole, comodissima al centro di Verona e alla stazione di Verona Porta Nuova. Il personale è molto attento ed accogliente. Le camere ampie, ben arredate e molto pulite, come il bagno provvisto di tutto. La colazione è ricca e varia. Consiglio assolutamente di scegliere presso questa struttura per passare una piacevole vacanza nella splendida città di Verona.
