"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"

"I think I must have got the best deal for accommodation in Verona! This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street)."

The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, the facilities were ideal, beds comfy, incredibly safe locks on all the doors, gorgeous and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, huge rooms. Safe area, we felt no concerns walking home late at night as two women. The location is ideal for any sort of trip, a short walk to the centre and the arena, loads of brilliant bars and restaurants around and really easy use of the 73 bus to and from the station, quickly.
