"L'hotesse est très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué parfaitement. Mais la chambre avait vue sur la route et la voie ferrée, donc c'est bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est sympa mais il se prend à la patisserie/salon de thé située 100 m. plus loin. Il se compose d'une boisson et d'une viennoiserie."

"Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The location was good. "

"The place is centrally located in Messina, close to restaurants, shopping areas, and the train station. The host was very welcoming—despite our delayed flight and late arrival, they were waiting at the apartment to greet us, answered all our questions, and gave helpful suggestions for our stay. "This is a lovely property, the place is very clean, and has been decorated beautifully. There was ample breakfast that we could help ourselves to (the sort of croissants in plastic bags - typical Italian breakfast) There was a fabulous coffee machine and plates, cutlery, kettle and a microwave, so we could make our own drinks and a simple meal. We came in March so the room was cold, rather than hot, until we worked out how to use the air-conditioning to warm us up. The bed was large and comfy....
