"Central location is the reason we chose this hotel. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. the breakfast was a disaster. My wife ordered bread with butter and jam, she got a tiny (1 inch by 2 inch ) rectangular piece of white bread with a few butter cubes and a little jam on it. I ordered 2 fried eggs, got 2 tiny pieces of white bread with my order. 8 ordered a croissant which never came. The 2 cappuccinos were great as expected in Italy . I think the server...

"Wow! What a little jewel this place turned out to be. Large, clean, beautiful, low-cost room. First, this is a very different cost-effective hotel experience. There is no 'front desk', and no staff save for a couple of cleaning folks you may or may not see.

"Villa Alberti is clean hotel and has a good location in old town. There were not coffee makers, our dining area was to other building across street and the breakfast was okay. The front desk and restaurant employees weren’t much friendly, offered little warm welcome and look unimpressed"
