"Fin dall arrivo la struttura ci é sembrata fantastica, d impatto e ordinata. Il check in rapido e la persona che ci ha accolto ultra disponibile... addirittura ha fatto si che potessimo usufruire della palestra al mattino molto presto, palestra peraltro fantastica. La camera rispecchia quanto detto... ogni dettaglio c7rato al massimo. Colazione "

Al check in, che si fa comunque al NovoHotel, vicino alla stazione, mi hanno detto che avrei dormito al novohotel: mi hanno dato, ovviamente a parità di costo, due camere doppie comunicanti molto belle e nuovissime. In pratica non so come sarebbe stato dormire alla residenza Cavour ma io sono stato benissimo al novohotel"

"At the last minute we were told that our room would not be available but that we could check into a different room for one night and then move into our intended night for the remainder of our stay. Unfortunately the first room had a strong smell of urine- I brought this to management's attention. For the rest of our stay, the toilet leaked water on to the bathroom floor- we soaked it up constantly with towels, but the whole thing was unfortunate.
