"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"The place is next to a garage shop. There is dirt and garbage pretty much all around. Full of mosquitoes. For the price that you pay unequivocally not worth it. And the Internet Wi-Fi does not work. I would not stay again."

"The bed's been over used and uncomfortsble.for 2 adult 2 kids we gote 1 double bed and sofa bed and single sofa.all in dirthy and uncomfortsble.pillow and blacket are smelly.and dusty.shower was leaking every wher made the evening time hard to clean the water up.pool was ok bit dirthy but was ok."
