"The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again"

"The access codes to get in were not sent in advance so I had trouble getting in; had to use VA on app to have someone buzz me in and tell me where my keys were. Nearly fainted from heatstroke before I got in.
TV reception was terrible and as far as I could tell there were no channels except Italian and two French. Could not even find the World Cup matches on. That seems basic.
The fridge in the room did not work so I could not keep any cold water in my room for evening.
The staff only...
