"the apartment is on a split level setup without elevator. Room setup has sofa bed on the first floor and main bed room is on the 2nd floor. Only one bath with one toilet. it is inconvenient for people who required special needs. These setup and accommodations was not described in the property description."

"Very responsive and friendly staff. They contacted me immediately after booking to make sure everything was smooth, and stayed available throughout my stay. The flat was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Excellent central location and great facilities. Highly recommended."

"Very disappointed with this accommodation. The check-in process was very difficult — the keyless entry codes didn’t work, and despite being told by email the room would be ready, it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. We eventually had to collect swipe keys from another office because the building office was closed.
The bedroom shutters did not close at all, meaning there was no privacy as the room faced a walkway with motion sensor lights turning on constantly through the night. We reported...
