"Avoid!!! Ad was made to mislead people. I was looking for a place with a short distance to the beach and terrace or balcony to sit and relax. Ad was saying its only a few minutes walk to the bach (i clicked on the map just so i could see where it is and if its for real that it will be close to the beach, looked close).
