"The property is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. There are many warm touches including a lovely sitting room. The breakfast room has elegantly laid out stations included a fruit juicer. The host was easily available to answer questions."

"Very clean and nice people 👌👍"

"The staff were amazing, they waited so long to pick me up late while I experienced delay. They were very helpful. The property is very clean and all amenities including tooth care were provided. There was water in a big bottle for use and variety of tea bags. The toilet, towels and wares were very clean. There was so much variety for Breakfast. This facility is recommended for anyone and you won't be disappointed. When next I am in Milan, I will certainly be here again."

"Alloggio in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, il che garantisce un riposo senza rumore di traffico o altro. Marco e la moglie sono molto cordiali e premurosi nei confronti dei loro ospiti. La stanza era estremamente pulita, fattore che ritengo molto importante quando si dorme lontano da casa. Il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. Parcheggio in strada adiacente all'alloggio. Assolutamente consigliato 👍 "

"A very clean room, nice breakfast with great coffee. Really friendly stuff."

"The setting is absolutely gorgeous! I had a beautiful view of the river and surrounding area from my huge bedroom window. Margaret could not have been more accommodating. I was in a difficult situation as my passport had been stolen in Venice and navigating my ordeal was made much easier thanks to her. I would highly recommend stating here."

"the room itself was alright but the staff was not very helpful. We stayed for one night and the day we arrived no one was at the front desk even though it was supposed to be open so I waited for 25 minutes before someone finally came. We gave them our ID’s to take photos and paid the city tax. The next day when checking out, the same lady tried to convince me that we had not yet paid the city tax and when I said I had she said “you must have paid my boss” and I had to explain that I paid her...

"No complaints w the room other than we were not aware we’d be down in a basement room that looked out to a stairwell. Also be aware, if you ask for the shuttle to the train, and their shuttle isn’t available… you won’t pay the reasonable 10 Francs… you’re riding a taxi that will charge much more 😡 (even though the hotel tells you otherwise)"
