The bus station is literally outside the hotel which is a huge plus taking in consideration the neighborhood.
The neighborhood isn't the safest, however the bus and train stations are literally right under your nose, as long as you're careful with your cellphone you've got nothing to worry about."

"I asked for a desk chair and they didn’t have one, gave me an old uncomfortable chair that didn’t swivel, I asked for an iron and it didn’t work, not hot enough, they say parking included, but you have to walk like 4 blocks it’s not on site.
