I also spent some days at Osh hotel in the Getsemaní area and I would prefer to stay in Hyatt because of the great facility and convenience. The only hiccup we had is that our room was not ready at the check in time @3pm, we...

"The rooms are cheap construction and need remodeling. Our shower flooded the bathroom.
Reception and pool staff excellent.
Restaurant incredibly slow and overpriced.
Breakfast not that good. Cold eggs. Disorganized.
Ground floor staff treated me like a criminal. They said I couldn't carry my coffee cup out, but I said I'll be right back, I'm just going to get my seven year old. Nope. You are a criminal. Give us the cup back. We had to run for the airport and the doorman said they hadn't...
