Someone came out and did it quickly. Kept them at bay for less than 15 hours Asked for the room to be cleaned and floor swept. "Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if...

"Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien."

"Air conditioning in our family appartment 157 wasnt very cool at all ,we did report it numerous times was told keep windows doors closed which we did and already knew to do anyway . They fix it so for 7 night's it was abit uncomfortable . Staff were very nice 👌 hotel spotless . Hopefully hotel fixes air conditioning in this appartment as would hate for another family to suffer like we did in the warmth . We had to buy fans to sit by our bedside "

"Lovely helpful staff .on finding out it was my son's birthday (day of arrival)..the next day we got back to our room to find a bottle of champagne, chocolates and a card from the staff and hotel it really put a smile on his face ."

"Great property, clean tidy and friendly. The apartment was big, ckean and basically a perfect stat. Lovely pool, nice and warm. Very well looked after. Was further from the town and the beach and up a steep hill which wasn't advertised or anticipated. Taxis are needed. Ither that a wonderful stay."
