"We had a fantastic time at Gran Hotel Taoro. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and modern, the common areas and pool were excellent, and the grounds are just lovely. It's been recently refurbed - hats off as they've done an excellent job. Breakfast was really good. The two on-site places we ate at served good food but were slightly pricey. Highly recommend!"

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
