Great location.

Great location in Puerto De La Cruz, close to shops, restaurants and bars. You do get noise from outside in the sea view rooms. Rooms are smaller than newer hotels but has everything you need. Food was good. Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

Great hotel right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my room had a sea view & balcony overlooking the lido which was nice. I lost my mobile in a taxi and the reception staff (who are very friendly!) phoned the local taxi company and got it back for me which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as the taxi company only speaks Spanish so I am very grateful for this. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, really helpful reception staff. Bar staff a little under staffed. Bedrooms and facilities generally are great. Air con in the room is clearly restricted to around 20-21°C which was a little to warm, despite the controls reading 16.

Great staff - not entirely 4 star

The majority of staff were really helpful and kind and added to my solo visit. Despite mynoriginal booking needsbbeing clear and speaking in advance with the hotels reservations i was given a room on the 8th floor with mainly a street view on arrival. It was late so i took it. The next i day moved to suit my needs and disabilities. The room was comfortable, but i had to get my AC fixed. Despite being all inclusive it did not include tea/coffee etc in the room and i had to pay extra for this. The pool area is very nice and kept well. The pool bar is welcoming. However the all inclusive food offering is not good. It's all chicken nuggets, chips and burgers. A side salad is the only healthy option. There are different menus for different classes of guests. The food in the buffet was decent, but again the healthy options for lunch and dinner were from the grill and salad. A lot of food was deep fried or in rich sauces. So hard for us on a healthy eating regime. Breakfast dud provide a reasonable selection of healthy food. The location was excellent along the seafront. These was music/entertainment most evenings in the bar area. The hotel doesn't provide a transfer service. A taxi from/to the South Airport is €140 each way.

Nice resort, nice staff, breakfast was extremely limited to only bread mostly. Would’ve liked fruit and meat. The location is convenient for walking… but parking is a nightmare. There is no parking around. I had to park 20 min walk away

Very friendly staff in all departments. All inclusive food buffet well stocked with various fare. Dinner theme nights were great. Tenerife bar staff were very accomodating and the cleaning staff freshened up our room daily

This place needs a lot of work. Very dated. Doors banging loudly because they dont latch properly. The online photos are deceiving. Would not recommend staying here.
