"The hotel was nice and clean ,the staff were friendly and helpful . I had to pay €15 for parking but Puerto is a nightmare to park so I didn’t mind too much . I put my stuff in the safe and then it locked it in . I had to then pay €4 a day for the safe to get a code to open the safe . The room was nice and clean but no coffee making facilities or fridge . was ok and clean . We were kept awake by a party going off in the hotel until after midnight . Then theirs the food !!! Not very...

"Hello, this was a beautiful hotel. It is very clean and well designed. People are friendly and attentive to details. The

area is lovely. Food is excellent; I would have preferred natural orange juice, although they have other natural juices. They had some vegetarian and gluten-free options. There is a library, a few games and the nightly entertainment was nice. The prices at the bar and buffet were very acceptable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Overall, this was a lovely stay!"

"In my opinion fergus has many issues to address My room 101 was old and tired yes it had been painted but that was all The outlook was awful ...facing big red pipes...steps..and never got the sun .....never sat on it once ! The room above the loading bay so noisey mornings . The bathroom had issues for me ...the height of the towel rail ....no hooks to hang towels on ...there was a dividing wall from the sink to the shower and could not get to the bath plug without standing in the bath...
