"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. "Yes the room was spotless and the staff were very helpful when we needed them to book taxi to airport and when we accidentally locked our key on the room. The pool snack cafe was really handy. Great selection in the book library. Best thing was the heated swimming pool. I had it to myself for most of the time "

Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."

"It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services "

"Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. "Room was a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Housekeeping arrived daily. The only gripe is that the food, options were very limited. The À la carte restaurant was poor and very overpriced. Breakfast had lots of options. Coffee and tea quality was poor. Not much to do around the hotel, we were lucky we had a hire car and explored the island. The place was quiet, the pool was clean and one was heated. "

"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

"No WiFi, we were given a code for the WiFi but could only connect very sporadically. The TV only had one channel, which if you like Big Bang Theory reruns would.ve ok. Or if we had WiFi we could have connected to our own Netflix etc. The shower (whichbwas nice and hot and powerful) flooded the whole bathroom, which has previously caused the bathroom door to swell, making it difficult to open/close. "Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und man fühlt sich schnell zuhause. Der Pool ist großartig und bietet eine hervorragende Aussicht. Das Gym bietet ebenfalls alles, was man braucht."

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Suite hatte einen mega Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Die Terrasse war so groß wie unser Zimmer. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Abend gab es etwas anderes. Fisch und Fleisch wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Der Parkplatz war zudem kostenfrei und groß genug. "
