"Great location, very close to the plaza, near by post office, many good restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping stores, etc. Room is very clean and comfortable. Competitive pricing. Rooftop was nice with panoramic views of the town and waters/mountains. Staff is very friendly and lets you store your luggage and pick up at a later date. Breakfast buffet was okay...would highly recommend! "

"Important info: uber has two different addresses for this hotel! I chose the wrong one and had to walk 15 minutes with my bags. Anyways: Serviceable base for exploring Torres del Paine. Basic rooms are very basic but probably all you need. One drawback is reception was almost never staffed even if you ring the service bell. "

"The lady on reception was very helpful on our arrival. We had a take away breakfast which was lovely. The tiles in the shower need to be repaired. The water from the shower has weakened the grout and the tiles anre loose annd the grout comes out while you shower. Only one negative we arranged a taxi for 6.15am with the reception lady with a taxi man she arranged called Daniel. Also he did nut arrived and caused a little distress as we had a busy to catch and had to wait for it to arrive. "
