"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "Very nice hotel with small pool and sun terrace. Good size flats with large sofa, kitchen and terrace. Friendly staff. Lots of stairs, both in the hotel and to get there. But short walk from the center if steps is no problem. Great view of Puerto Rico and the sea. "
"Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!"
