"AC was great. There was an available parking lot close to the property (Free). The only amenity in the hotel, is a small swimming pool. The staff were good. The room was super clean. "

"We enjoyed all of the amenities. However, we were really disappointed and frustrated when our room was not ready - even after check out time. Bell hop took all of our luggage so we couldn’t use the pools. Horrible service at restaurant outside of front desk. Front desk provided incorrect info and unhelpful. We were told all but two restaurants require reservations. Untrue. Told the ferry runs every hour, but it ran every half hour. The front desk clerk was sick and constantly wiping her nose...

"The hotel was nicer inside than the outside. We were glad they let us check in earlier, though the process is slow since they only have one person working at a time. The room was clean but on the smaller side, we were ok with two small carry ons but any bigger wouldn’t fit. We had to put down at least 3 towels to avoid the room from flooding from the shower which wasn’t the best. When we called about it we were told that’s what happens. We had trouble with the safe which delayed us two days in a...

"Our family loved our stay here. Beautiful pool and swim-up bar. Our kids also loved the patio ping pong table. Balcony views of pool area and beach. Decor was tasteful and fridge in the room was a real plus. Would definitely stay here again!"
