Hi Mr. Larry,There may be a confusion regarding your room, you booked a backstage suite with no view and in a party tower area, please contact your agency so they can clarify this for you. Coffe does have an extra charge.Please also note that your room was always assigned on the 4th floor not on te second floor as you are mentioning.

Your room, located 2 floors below, should not have been directly affected.While we strive to communicate all pertinent information to our guests, we acknowledge that your experience fell short of expectations. We regret any misunderstanding regarding the disclosure of ongoing construction during your booking process.
