"My husband & I stayed at the Belltown Inn just for one night, before leaving on a cruise the following day. We arrived around 11am and were more than prepared to check our luggage in and kill time before checking in. Melba was the front desk staff that was more than helpful. She allowed us to check in early at no extra cost (we were beyond excited after a long morning of traveling!). Melba was very friendly, but most of all she was very informative. "Excellent location and view of harbour. You are right on the water and there is a ton of boat action. Food really good and friendly staff. Lots of fees and taxes added to your nightly room charge that surprised us. Very walkable to pike market . Conveniently beside the clipper if coming from Victoria."

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."
