There was a portable air conditioner in the room that required venting out the window, which required the window to stay open. This allowed all the outside noise to enter the room. Substitute offered was okay, but third person bed not made nor ready. When request for bedding made to reception, housekeeping left them outside door. They did not attempt to make the bed.
