Cabin Rentals in Pulaski County

"We stayed for 2 nights and were honestly disgusted. I had a room and my sister had her own. She found two acrylic nails, dog food pieces, trash, and a pill. She was moved rooms and found an orange peel on the floor, more dog food pieces, trash and her ice bucket was moldy. My room was fairly clean as we didn’t find anything from previous guests. The staff were always on their phones and never at the front desk. Constantly taking smoke breaks or sitting in the back laundry room area. Turns out they are friends with the manager on this property so nothing ever is done about it. Both mornings breakfast was very little offered and the first day everything was stale and we didn’t have hot breakfast items. This was due to the food truck not coming when they were supposed to according to staff. The two night staff gals were amazing and were absolutely appalled when we expressed our issues. We used the breakfast dining area for card games and to chat as we were there for an AIT graduation - the tv in there stopped working. We moved a few tables and underneath was leftover cereal, food crumbs and garbage. It wasn’t just a few it was handfuls. There was trash sitting on one of the tables and was there from 11am-3:30pm."

"April 2026 stay, which was 'out of season'. Booked room for five nights with our adult daughter accompanying us. Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views. Room was clean and tidy although the bathroom floor corners had some detritus (which remained after the day 3 refresh) The negatives are they use this time to maintain the property. Gym room closed, most outdoor pools closed, only two of seven restaurants and no boats/aquatic activities available. Additionally, people who travel eventually need to perform clothes washing. Only two sections have machines, one had all four machines out-of-order and the other location had a system where you have to download an app to get the machine to run. Works fine unless your phone is not regionally coded to America. On the positive, the room was quiet (except the in-wall AC) and you had dedicated parking. The wildlife was more likely to be seem and appreciated with less people about and they did have an off-site gym pass (5.8 miles away). The Landshark restaurant has a great outlook, the staff are attentive and to food/atmosphere is great."

"The parking lot at Village Inn was clean but the bathroom was not clean. The floor in the bathroom needed a very thorough cleansing and the bath tub."

"Check in was smooth, the front desk agent super helpful, I request late check out and they gave me it with no hesitation. Definitely a good place to satay on my nect trip."
