The grounds smelled like an outhouse in some areas there was a sewage discharge from the septic tank into the ocean just off the beach in the middle of the day ."

"Great location, right on the beach. Restaurant food variety is good, prices are reasonable. A Modelo Especial MN60, fish dish MN230. The beach is pebbles and round river rock - see photo. Bring water shoes. The “sea view” rooms are on the 3rd floor. While there are sea views, the kitchen exhaust keeps pushing the smell of burned grease - so the provided tables and chairs are only usable from 9pm to 7am, when the kitchen is off. The rooms on the weekend are around USD165 in the off season - at that price I was expecting better. Internet works on and off."
