"Nuestra estancia fue demasiado agradable! Fuimos con nuestro perrito y fue super bien recibido, todo el personal muy atento con el y con nosotros. En definitiva regresamos a este hotel. La comida excelente, las instalaciones muy agradables, la atención de 10! La habitación hermosa! Muy agradecidos con todos :)"

"Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower.
My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room.
We reported the problem to several staff members. Rather than moving us to another room, maintenance simply started...

"I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!"
