Khách sạn Puntalazzo

"Nice hotel. Room was large and comfortable bed, but a bit dated. We got there a bit late 945pm, and the kitchen was closed with no room service available. They helped us order pizza delivery for dinner The in door pool was great, as was the spa. Nice outdoor pools as well but not heated. Breakfast was good"

"We stayed here as a base to discover Sicily by car. It has plenty of parking, generous breakfast, nice pool. Perfect for active vacation or pool hangouts. The property has also a nice view of Etna."

"The property is beautiful. The rooms were charming. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"It was fun to have a view of Mt Etna right out our room window. The hotel facility has a pleasant inner courtyard, which was nice in a busy urban setting, and a good place for breakfast when the weather allows. Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were extensive and included some preserves made by the kitchen. The plantings were lovely. There were some interesting antique furnishings and decorations, including a massive wine press (or maybe olive press?) in the breakfast room. Some of the room...

"Great staff. Clean. Only problem was the Resturant: the food was not good. They should explore a new option regarding the executive chef. Other than that we loved the hotel."

"It's our second time here, lovely. Get a massage while you're here, you won't regret it."

"Food was excellent and the service was great. All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Already looking to book another trip for next year. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value, Convenient Location, but Room for Improvement The Hellenia Yachting Hotel offers good value, especially if you’re driving and looking for a convenient base to explore Taormina and the surrounding area. There’s a convenience store and a great gelato shop nearby, although you’ll need to drive to reach the main beach area. The hotel has an impressive marble interior, though the decor is somewhat dated. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but cleanliness could have been...

"Very nice and quiet place"

"The location is great, on the ocean with beautiful views of sea, of Taormina and of Mount Etna. In general we were disappointed in the staffs approach and assistance. We had a room on the third floor and on day 2, I noticed ants on the bathroom floor but much worst on the bed. We immdiately notified the front desk. The women was not apologitic nor sympathic. Her answer was "we have products to clean" or you can change room. Very abruptly, what do you want to do. Our reply was "change room"...
