Location was within walking distance of the Lond Center where we where going but we will not stay there again."

"Lots of Trash!!! was left in the room from the previous guest. Then one of the room outside doors was left open. Like the house keeping just decided to stop cleaning the room. Mold and mildew in both bathrooms, broken fan in one room, like someone tried to hang from it. Very few towels and wash cloths for a hotel in each bath. Also live ants in one bath."

"Room was great. It was getting late at night when I arrived and I asked about a laundromat and they offered to do my laundry for a small fee. It was great and saved me a ton of time. "

"They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. ...

"We arrived late at night to be greeted by a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. We waited for thirty minutes along with several other guests. We searched the entire premises, there was no visible staff anywhere on site. We tried to call, we could hear the phone ring—but no one answered. We were unable to check in as no staff arrived."

"The manager was very nice and helpful but it was BAD, mold in the bathroom, my 6 year old (50lbs) sat on the handicap shower chair to take her shoes off and it twisted under her and she almost fell, there was an eyelash on the chair, black mold in the bathroom"
