"The property is ungoing renovation and we stayed there several days over the course of a week. The rooms were in various states of condition. The furniture and bedding was very good in most rooms. The property shows it's age and thus the renovation. It's a bit overpriced on the weekends but it's summertime and to be expected. The weekend rates are clearly overpriced considering the property condition."

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. I’d give it 2 stars but staff brought it up a bit. Ok for the night; but...

"The front desk staff were awesome especially Dottie and Dena. They made the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was great daily. The only issue I had was the hot water needs to be checked; the shower didnt stay hot and the water in the sink didnt stay hot. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"The handicap room was very nice. Plenty of space. The bars in the tub were very handy. Breakfast was great towels were large and comfy."

"Parking was easy with a big lot and the location was convenient, but unfortunately the road noise was incredibly disruptive and woke us up several times. We arrived at our room late and it was super hot - we tried to crank the AC but turning fan to “high” did not actually seem to be high and it took several hours to cool off."

"It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room"

"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

"The building was under renovation, so it was a bit of a mess, but it needs the renovation…the lobby is cozy and fine, but the hallways are so dark, I felt like I was in a horror movie. The sink in my room wouldn’t drain and there was body hair all over the bathroom floor, like someone manscaped and the staff didn’t sweep or mop the bathroom, which made me wonder what else they didn’t clean? It was only a one night stay, so I didn’t request anything special. I also booked on Expedia and the site...
