"Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here!"

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Leider gab es Bauarbeiten in der Nähe des Pools und konnte es in der Sauna hören. Es war sehr laut. Aber sonst tiptop. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und super erreichbar mit dem öV."

"The hotel itself seemed decent; however, the room was rather dated, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also far too rigid, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, and the staff were friendly. I chose the hotel due to its proximity to a business meeting, but I would not stay there again."
