"Overall, the property was okay. Overpriced because of the North Sea Jazz Festival. Sane room almost half the price the day before and after. SMH. No notification of the elevator construction going on so it was hard to sleep in bc morning were loud. Only one ice machine for the entire hotel made it impossible to ever have a cool drink in the hot summer! Staff was wonderful; storing our bags, allowing for late checkout. Overall it was ok. As an IHG member, I hoped for more for the price."

"Wat een fijn "hotel". Vooral de oude elementen van het schip zijn gebleven. Je kunt er makkelijk komen met openbaar vervoer (bus 77 stopt vlak bij) én watertaxi. Ook een ruime parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Ontbijt prima. Niet uitgebreid maar voor ieders wat wils. Kamer was schoon en netjes. Erg tevreden"

"Ligging is perfect als je dichtbij Rotterdam wil zitten en niet in de grote drukte. Bel een Uber en je bent in ong 15 minuutjes in centrum van Rotterdam of dichtbij de Ahoy. Het is ruim opgezet, voldoende parkeerplekken, mooie entrance, vriendelijk personeel, veilige locatie. Mooie nette kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt. Gezellige bar met een leuke gastheer. De dames aan de receptie heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Alles bij de hand, zelfs wanneer je een geurtje vergeten bent kun je even langs de...

"Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"Location was great (although a bit challenging to find at first). Room was a bit dirty (there was something under the duvet that looked like food crumbs near the foot of the bed and there were hairs on the bed too)."

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."

"Decent hotel. the room in itself was very spacious, nice and clean. just a few cons: Parking situation is not convenient at all. It's very expensive. it's in a building in the back of the hotel. You have to walk around and out to access it in the cold. They close the gate I believe around 11 or midnight, so you have to come out the car, go to the front desk (and sometimes we had to bang on the front door during the night in the cold as no one would be at the front desk.) for them to open the...

"CityHub Rotterdam ist ein innovatives Hotel mit dem notwendigen Komfort. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption helfen beim Check-In, so dass es ganz einfach ist. Der sogenannte Hub ist klein, aber das Bett ist sehr breit. An die Beengtheit eines Hubs gewöhnt man sich schnell, zumal man auch in der geräumigen Hangout-Area wichtige Dinge erledigen oder den Tag Revue passieren lassen kann. Im Hub gibt es WiFi; die Verbindung ist aber nicht besonders schnell....

"I booked a superior room and I was placed in a room with a big box in the middle making the room small I could find the fridge and their was not even a bottle of water in the room. Then we had to be evacuated from the hotel without any suggestions on where we should book. I had to walk down 9 floors with my heavy suitcase to find out what’s happening. The staff tried their best but the process was not working I was very disappointed with my stay this time I booked 2 years ago and had no fault....
