The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that.
