"Suite à la lecture des avis je m'attendais à mieux ! -chambre confortable ,mais les odeurs de cuisine qui remontent sont un inconvénient,ainsi que les portes qui grincent -petit déjeuner complet mais en libre service !! Les hôtes plus que discrets: invisibles nous n'avons pas pu les saluer lors de notre départ. On n'en gardera pas un grand souvenir , mais pour une nuit, c’était tout à fait correct. "

"Todo perfecto. Nos recibió antes de la hora que la habíamos notificado. No nos puso ninguna objeción. Habitación muy bonita, cama muy cómoda y super grande. Desayuno correcto y vistas desde la terraza a Carcassonne espectaculares. "

"This is our second time staying at Demeure de la Carmine. Our host, Chantal, was as nice as ever. The rooms are impeccable and comfortable. Great location in Mirepoix. I can only recommend this property."
