"I booked and paid for a two-room suite, but when I arrived, they said it wasn't available and they gave me a single room with two queen beds."

The room was in an annexe and had no way of blocking light from the windows that included skylights and, although ear plugs were provided to combat noise from the adjacent road, it didn’t really meet up to our expectations from the advert. Also we discovered this B&B didn’t give breakfast."

"Loved our stay, breakfast had many options, and the staff was very helpful."

"Tabby the manager on duty was great to work with. Even before my trip she was helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about the pool temperature. "This is an amazing hotel with great staff. 10/10"

"The Rail Haven needs a lot of deferred maintenance. desk person gave us a crappy room and we had to change. Hardly anyone there in a Wednesday night, so why try to stick us in a tiny outdated room. we left before breakfast but the coffee was good. Another gentleman helped us move and mentioned there are different sizes of rooms and furnishings. Paid a 127.00 for a room. Did have a nice bed and pillows."

"The hotel checked all my boxes from the large bathroom, ice bucket, comfortable bed, clean sofa. Will definitely be my go to hotel when I'm in Springfield"
