"Poor English. Needed wechat to pay for everything. Should not charge money for the sports center or kids area for hotel guests. Needed head caps to swim. Had to pay for buffet during the meal and would not let us charge it to the room until we spoke to a manager and had to add another deposit to the room. But then next day we had to explain again to the restaurant and the concierge who arranged our taxi that we can now charge things to our room. Must arrange a taxi 12-24H in advance! Cantonese...
