"Wonderful location and the general staff were all friendly and helpful! We stayed on St. Patrick’s Day weekend; which is very busy in that area.
The elevators did not work properly and would not stop on certain floors so the stairs had to be used for the floors it skipped. We enjoyed the stay, even visited the hotel bar but decided to skip the $18.00 breakfast buffet,"

"We arrived a little after 4 couldn't get checked in first 2 people we dealt with where extremely friendly at 6 we went & tried to check in room was finally available the younger gentleman was extremely rude & very unfriendly! I personally think he needs a different job that does involve customer service! "
