"Clean property close to just about everything. Staff could’ve been a little less cold."

"A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)"

"Concrete floor sank like 2 to 3 inches and I rolled my ankle as soon as I walked in , because I was looking at the stains all over the carpet. Blood flung on the curtains. Something spilled in the fridge then to the floor and was never cleaned up. Had to toss all my things that was in the place. Bugs that I couldn't see was biting me all over. Can't believe it has such a good review. No damm way that is close to being right !!!"

"If you are staying near the Moline airport, go across the street and stay with Holiday Inn Express or the Hampton Inn. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe and the shuttle back from the airport to get my car took an hour."

"Shower had hair everywhere. Trash on floor. Dusty on tables. Toilet barely flushed. Was only allowed to have one pillow. Staff acted like I was an annoyances not a customer."

"Hotel was great. I prefer no carpet but that’s okay. It is tornado season but I had no idea where the storm shelter was or even what I should do. Breakfast was very nice. I wish they had evening snacks Monday-Thursday instead of Monday-Wednesday. I found it odd when they asked me if I need housekeeping services. They only clean every other day if requested. I placed my trash in the hall each day. Overall a great place."

"Staff at hotel and casino were great. Very helpful had answers to our questions. I wouldn't waste my time on the upscale restaurant Kellers, had reservations for 6:30pm. Hostess was busy talking to another staff member and we had to wait several minutes more, even after a waitress told her we were waiting. Then she takes us to our table and says our waitress will be right there to take care of us. Mind you we made reservation early before they got busy for a reason. As we sat looking over the...

"The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint."

"Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke "

"I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading."

"When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. "Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again."
