"when checking into motel the staff started checking in process, then answered the phone was on the phone about 10 to 15 minutes, then continue with process, really im standing there in front put me on hold if thats not rude as heck , stayed in best western in texas, and new mexico, excellent service staff most helpful decided so we decided stay in bw oais in ariziona, worst ive been treated, checked in at 330pm power outage at 630pm remained outage had to inquiry about outage, no assistance by staff no air conditioning, told by staff at 830 pm to relocate to bw blythe california, my deposit was to be on hold, bw oasis hotel charged it instead, had to get my bank involved took over 10 days to resolve was told hold was process to return to my credit card same day really how could that be when power outage was in effect never had that experience in any hotel, but bw blythe staff was very accommodating and very helpful, and made my stay there pleasant, i do not want another experience like that again, was going to join rewards bw, but after that no, not going to stay in bw again as much traveling as i do ill find another accomadation."
