"This hotel was in a great location, situated just behind the fairmont, walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I would stay here again."
"Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. We booked a Junior Suite and while the room itself was alright, there was absolutely no airflow. The windows couldn’t be opened and the A/C did practically nothing. We barely slept and woke up soaking wet from sweating.
At the very least, fans should be provided in the rooms when the A/C isn’t sufficient. There was also no snack bar in the room and not even a bottle of water offered, which was disappointing.

"Nice room carefully designed and super clean. Did not appreciate the sneaky upcharges at breakfast. We weren’t told there was an additional fee to have it in our room, that isn’t made clear on the app they make you use to order breakfast every day. We did order one day the fruit salad and granola - except the fruit salad was frozen solid and the granola was two tablespoons worth. All of this made us feel entirely cheated."
"Very clean, very spacious, fully loaded loft in a great location. No issues at all, very safe area and very quiet. 5 min walk from some amazing restaurants and 5 mins more to great historical sites."
"J’ai apprécié la chambre. C’était vraiment silencieux comme hôtel. Le restaurant Le Capitaine était extra. Le fait que le Bora parc est à même l’hôtel c’est le fun, mais dispendieux pour les familles. Il y a aussi des arcades.
Ce que nous avons moins aimé, il n’y a pas de piscine dans l’hôtel. Tout est payant."
