"On Entering the Lobby, it was spacious and welcoming. The representatives at the check in very very courteous and polite. My room was immaculately spotless, bedding made to perfection, bathroom was spotless with nothing out of place. The Giants Restaurant which is part of the hotel lobbey was a great place to eat with a delicious meal where I had the roadted chicken and vegetables that were both prepared and served to perfection. If youre looking for a hotel near the Airport that has everything this is your hotel. It is very convenient travel to the Airport, where the checkin counter you can reserve a car to take you to the terminal at your request. I want to compliment once again how polite, courteous and Helpful they all were during my stay. "

"The room was spotless, the view was like a painting, we absolutely loved staying here and would stay again. Beds were comfortable, linen was quality. Only issue was the 2nd bedroom had no aircon and it was quite warm for our kids, we left the one in the lounge on to filter through but it wasn't overly effective. We were there in January which is summer but its not like it was really hot, just warmish in the rooms. Otherwise it was a perfect stay. Also the construction is happening but we didn't find it that intrusive, the reception was easy to find and the parking was convenient even if a bit tight."

"Luxury defined. We really enjoyed everything about this suite. Highly recommend to anyone visitng Queenstown. We had parking but it required a bit of up and downhill walking. This did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay."
