"Lylo has always been the best place to stay in town for a reasonable price. Staff they hire are always friendly and polite, willing to help any way they can. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned daily and they stay on top of it. Since my last stay they have done some cool improvements with the upstairs area, the kitchen and bar are an awesome addition to the hostel. Keen for my booking next year when i visit queenstown again."

"First time staying in a hostel and it was great. Staff were so friendly and gave a tour of the kitchen and lounge areas. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have your own little pod vs having a little bunk bed. Only stayed for one night so didn't use the kitchen but they provide tea and coffee and even have a free food section of assorted things that people have left behind. A block or two from the main area of Queenstown but I preferred this since it kept the noise of the bars...
