"We stayed at 111. If the bathroom exhaust is not on, the room smells like toilet...it's not pleasant. But the overall experience was amazing, the view, food, staff and facilities."

"Parking is a real issue. There is a parking garage for the same cost as the outside parking, but it can be hard to see. The free on street parking is very limited. In addition, there was a wood burning fireplace that spread smoke smell throughout our entire building from basement to 2nd floor. It actually made our room hazy and irritated our throats. The smoke was an issue for all three nights. The hotel is also a solid 15 minute drive to downtown Queenstown."

"Spur of the moment booking. Absolutely made the best choice! Location is a short and fairly easy walk to town. Slight hill but nothing too major. Check in was amazing, we were so well looked after by the lovely lady at reception, top notch service. Room was huge! Had every heating amenity you could think of! Beautiful view from the room. They have a spa that overlooks the lake and Remarkables that you can book at the front desk, ask for extra towels. Only slight downsides, sink in bathroom...

"Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. The complimentary hot chocolate and lattes were fantastic and ended up being one of the highlights of our stay. I’m glad I saw them mentioned in previous...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the spacious kitchen and common area were great places to relax. A real bonus for us was the fireplace in the common area, which kept us warm and cozy during the colder temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We also appreciated that a free shuttle service to Queenstown is offered. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good location with an easy 5 minute walk to town, heated floor in the bathroom was great. I had booked a king bed room with lake view but the room was two single beds pushed together, and seemed to be a bedroom of a bigger apartment so the walls were very thin and could hear the other occupants clearly. The view was a small window, not like the pictures on the site. I would consider returning with a family group that had the whole apartment but not as a couple getaway again."
