"We really enjoyed our stay. Great customer service from every staff member we interacted with. We loved having access to the beach nearby. Happy hour every afternoon by the pool. Lots of wildlife just at our balcony, including sloths, toucans, and monkeys. We loved the stunning ocean view! Decent breakfast buffet included. We had dinner once on site which was ok. "Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service! Parked and immediately greeted by the host who called a shuttle to take us up to the lobby. On the way we stopped to see a sloth in the trees as well as a pair of macaws. They took our luggage and guided us into the restaurant with amazing views. "Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. The guest service was excellent and they switched us to a different room and even provided a fan as the ceiling fan was not working that well. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful.
