"This was a cute little cottage, my only complaints are that the screens were all ripped in our cottage, good thing the AC worked. Comforters were stained and some had cigarette burns in them. The carpet was dirty and could use a good cleaning. Other than that the bathroom was clean, the kitchen was clean and had a microwave, toaster, full size fridge and stove, washer and dryer, and cutlery, plates and cups if needed. We only stayed one night but it was by far better than the motel we stayed in...

"Don't let first impressions sway you away from this place. I found it to be a hidden gem. Walking into the cabin I was reminded of childhood vacations. Yes, the cabins are old and dated, but it just adds to their charm. Plus Steffen is working hard at updating all the cabins. The cabins are clean and functional. The family that runs the place are gracious hosts and are happy to help out any way they can. Having a place to dock our boat was a bonus, as well as great parking for our needs. ...
