"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is excellent—right across from the train station, and there’s a bus stop nearby that takes you straight to Venice, which is very convenient. When I first arrived, I was given room 119, but unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The front desk controls the A/C from the lobby, and even though the staff member kept trying to adjust it, the room remained uncomfortably warm. To his credit, he was very kind and accommodating,...
