"Staff was helpful, friendly and attentive. I drank lots of tea & had a breakfast to go on the day I had excursions. The location is good- very close to San Pedro Market. I went to the nearby Green Falafel for dinner, which was delicious even though I am not vegetarian. The 5th floor was a challenge after doing Salkantay trek, but the room was comfortable. "we arrived quite late in the night, but the staff was extremely helpful and very accommodating, they helped with our bags as well! it was also really nice that they spoke english, i appreciated not having to rack my brain for spanish vocab with how tired i was. the room was exactly as described and clean, they also provided some water and tea for the night :)"
